FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

How do I register?

1- Complete the online reservation form on our website. Make sure to complete all fields shown.

2- Please keep in mind that you are not completely registered for the flight until we have received your payment; either credit card authorization form or check. When registration is complete you will receive confirmation.

If you will be paying by credit card, please print the credit card authorization form from our website. Complete the form, and fax it back to our office at (718) 972-0518. Please make sure that the amount you authorize is for the full price of the ticket plus fuel and tax surcharge. If you are unsure of the price, please check out your school’s general info page on our website. Please note that we cannot accept credit card numbers over the phone – we must have the completed credit card authorization form. We also cannot split payments on multiple credit cards.

If you will be paying by check, please mail a check to Ariel Tours for the full price of the ticket plus fuel and tax surcharge. If you are unsure of the price, please check out your school’s general info page on our website.

Is my passport valid?

Since your airline tickets are good for one year from the date of departure, your passport should be valid for at least 18 months after your departure (i.e. 6 months after your scheduled return). Our office does not deal with passport or visa issues. We do not have any additional information on these matters.

You can find answers to most of your passport related questions by visiting the US Department of State web site passport info.

Where will I sit on the plane?

We know that most of you would like to be seated between two crying babies. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific seats. However, we are happy to let you know that your group will be seated together in a block of seats on the plane. Please note that if you ask to change your seat at check-in, the new seat assigned may not be together with the rest of the group. If you are a member of El Al’s Matmid frequent flyer program, you are entitled to advance seating, and we will do our best to accommodate you within the group’s block of seats.
